Packaging ok (carton box). The T12-K tip has to be mounted, but there is no problem. So little but so quick heating, Wouaw. The actual voltage (assuming is the input) is not stable at 24V while heating (unit powered by a 24V 5A power supply). Nice little unit. You might need a 24V 4A power supply and an iron support to have a complete soldering station. Other T12 tips also are available. You can find a similar product User manual by googling 'Quicko T12 spc pdf'. This is the same product but with internal power supply.
