Q: Is there a way to calibrate the ESC's?

TF38 autocalibration finds its own center and remembers it hook up and go .. slowly, carefully to begin with to learn the curves in the esc.

Q: I've heard of EPP and EPO foam. But what is EPOS?

CarolineT I have one and can confirm the foam is EPO (super glue safe) - Definitely not the EPS the GWS release of this model was made of.
