Giddykippa its held in with an "O" ring its quite a tight fit you have to grip and wiggle left and right whilst pulling outwards

Rowdy Wow, the two answers given below are uneducated guesses...4s lipo is a perfect match for this esc.

Jar Hi, I have a 2 x 2s setup with this motor(2250kv) which is rated to 18volts,if your looking to use 6s I'd recommend 1700kv motor which can handle 6s 25volts.
