Q: When receiving the product, the label says that the supply voltage is 220 volts and 50 Hz, the nominal voltage of my country is 110 volts and 60 Hz. the product was received with plug for US, Will I need a 110 to 220 volt adapter? Q: Set up as per instructions and removed velcro strap. Unit displays as "on" and sounds like it is running however there is no discernable airflow.
