I actually like this more than I thought I would - needed a few hours outside to get rid of the factory stink, but fits fairly well and the speakers are fine for what I need. Long summer days start early for the blackbirds, I can use this and tell my phone "OK Google, play white noise" and it's plenty to cover ambient disturbance. When you get it, you'll need to fiddle with speaker position to cover your ears, and to give it a charge. The speakers are fairly thin profile, so more likely annoying than impossible to lie on. Yet to see how long the very thin wires will last in active service, but the eye mask is good enough to keep without, and had a nice carry bag if that's your thing.

These are great for programming bare ESP-12F or ESP-12S boards, plus some older variants. If using Arduino, set them up as "Wemos D1 Mini" and COM port, and they seem to work a treat. In use, do not bother with the "Program" button, once they have a 12F in, they behave just like any other Arduino kind of board. When you're programmed, pop out the 12F and solder it into whatever you're working on, very popular for IOT stuff. Note, these can be a bit fragile - I've killed two so far, one with a static electricity shock which blew out the USB stage, another which knocked out the power. The onboard components are way too tiny to debug and fix for my old eyes! Do yourself a favour and remove the protective paper on the top and bottom of the acrylic, they're good looking devices :)

Q: a statement mentions it is glass fibre. Is this not dangerous as glass fibres will be left in areas they should not and there is a chance of a glass fibre penetrating your skin??

Paddy using them they effectively wear down to sand, but you should take precautions during use as the individual needles, should they escape, are very sharp

decent simple boards containing the IC and two passives on each (very small). Solder pads are underneath, so mounting may be a problem if you were hoping to mount them flat anywhere!

Really like these, you can get a small SMD package off of a PCB in seconds without the risks of hot air systems blowing and reflowing the wrong things. The controller feels nice, the handset feels a bit chintzy, a bit loose and wobbly whereas it wouldn't have added much cost to feel more rugged and positively aligned, but frankly for the price it would be churlish to argue. Photos show the general unit, and you can see how a little bit of looseness in the action can be frustrating with aligning the sharp tips for smaller components

got this phone yesterday, and spend around one full day with it. after one day, these are my findings with the phone: - amazing screen. very bright and vibrant. nice resolution too - amazing battery life. even as a mediocre user, im still at 57% after 24h. - very nice design, cant get enough of the glass front and back cons: - fingerprint very inaccurate, 50/50 its faster to type code. - cameras are horrible. front cameras are shooting at 640x480 (it feels like) wideangle is nice addition, but still useless when using snapchat, whattsapp or Facebook. or other camera app. front dual cameras are fake. poor quality, very mushy colors and not sharp when in other then perfect lighting condition. - glass not scratch resistance. then did not make use of gorilla glass (my findings) and DOOGEE is not confident about scratch protection. thats why there are front and back screen protectors already installed. - metal not very strong. after ONE DAY of use, there are already marks on the alluminium frame. very disapointing for a new phone...
