Basically I got what was wanted: 8 CPU units (4 cores x 2 hyperthreads) as fast as i7, modern connectivity (DisplayPort, USD Type-C, etc), and it came with very reasonable price tag. Installed 16 GB Crucial RAM + 250 GB Crucial MX500 M.2 module. Managed to *edit* 4K video (!!!). Cooling seems at just adequate - full load makes 70-72 degree temperature. Clearly can works not above 25 degree room temperature (video editing/transcoding).
