This is an amazing phone for the price. Let's begin from shipping: It tooks bit long time, round one month to Sweden, but if U are not stressed it worth to wait. About phone: Design is gorgeous, materials looks premium, big amoled screen (6,4inch) with fantastisch colors for the price. Phone have 11nm processor but it works rapid, never stuck, apps opens very smooth. Pretty sure most of games is possible to play without any problem (not tested). Phone have 5000mAh battery which is more than enough for daily usage. Very satisfactory and absolutely can recommend everyone. Thanks again banggood.com for great customer service and quality products. (by the way review is not commercial)

Let's begin from shipping: It was rapid shipping, from EU warehouse it took just 3 working days, Packaging: Like it must, Laptop has already preinstalled Windows 10, U need just start and use it, thanks for that, Quality of components are pretty good for the price, There is plastic screen protector on the screen, which had a much dust under with bubbles, It is a laptop for basic use, in other words home and office daily operations, great for price, The things maybe could be better are screens brightness and sharpness, bit better speakers won't interfere. Battery life is good. So, if I will summarize, it is a inaf good laptop for price, easy can recommend to buy.

Q: Why is your "costumer service" claiming that your warranty does NOT covering the laptop's' motherboard and display? (From an email from your cs: "Motherboard and screen replacing is not in the scope of free repair policy." - chief wu)

matosyanararat In EU there is a right of complaint for three years on electronic products IF there the problem with product and it is not self made. U can have a warranty service if there is a just factory problem with motherboard and screen, otherivec U need to take insurance :)

Q: Does it have how many slots for ram?

matosyanararat Iguess the RAM is inbuilt in motherboard and there are no more slots, even if U will upgrade it it will not make for U any sense.
