Original sensor was 4mm detection. This one is 8mm detection. As I am using a 3mm glass bed, I need the extra sensing distance.

Same size as original micro switch, however it has pins rather than tabs for connecting wires. Not an issue as wires will be soldered. If your micro switch fails, you printer is useless, good idea to have these as spare parts.
