The car is very well built - lots of metal parts and it's quite heavy for its size. What you get for that price is amazing - great value buy. This thing goes really fast and controlling it is a bit of a struggle - so it's probably not the car to buy to your 5 year old boy. Driving this thing over dirt roads and cut grass is alot of fun but once the grass gets a little bit higher and the terrain a little bumpier the car will struggle - its 1:14 so it's understandable. I would not try jumping with this car - there are too many metal parts and something is definitely going to bend. One thing that could be improved is the battery = these batteries run out in 10-15mins. The battery tray could be adjusted so it can fit a larger battery. I just bought two 2200mah lipos ($14) for WLtoys 140001 and I will be running it with those.

Great value buy! It's a 1/10 buggy that is well built for just a $100. The chassis is made of high quality plastic but you have lots of metal parts inside and the overall quality seems great. The car has good clearance and does well on a rough terrain. The manufacturer had to cut some corners to offer it at this price - the batteries are just too small for this type of a car - you definitely need something bigger. Another thing that is not so great is the RC controller - it loses range at like 25-30 meters so keep that in mind. Still I think it's a great buy for $100 and I'm glad that they didn't cut corners anywhere else.

Nice little basher - it's a copy of HBX 16889A Pro but cheaper and a little bit slower. I gave one to my 5 year old nephew and he plays with it every day - nothing has broken so far and he is not an amazing driver if you know what I mean.

Nice little basher - it's a copy of HBX 16889A Pro but cheaper and a little bit slower. I gave one to my 5 year old nephew and he plays with it every day - nothing has broken so far and he is not an amazing driver if you know what I mean.

They used good quality rubber and the tires are not too soft. One issue I have with these tires is that the rims are made of cheap plastic but for that price you cant really expect more than that.
