Rodepo 4K is 15 fps. Better use 2.7K @25 or 30fps, which is much smoother. 4K as a resolution is overrated.

If you need 13,8 V output you need it for a reason. This Buck Boost converter does it's job, but the output is almost 14 V, which is a little disappointing.
