rachelpennington yes . it comes stock with a 7.4 volt lithium ion ..I would suggest trying a lithium polymer. they can give a little more kick .

AdamEdkins I have used mine a few times now and I would say on average the battery lasts about 20 - 25 minutes, but it depends on usage and if you are flat out speeding all the time.

daniel ithas a brushless motor dont worry it is a brushless not a brushed. I can say this because i have one right behind me
