Q: Why is the bed size smaller then on the one i got from you about 2 years ago. My bed is 235x235x250 and this one is 220x220x250, both are Ender 3 model

BG415364512 The bed is 235, but the working size is rated at 220.

Q: WHY, do you not carry XT60 male plugs only, all batteries come with XT60 female so WHY would I want more female plugs. I have THROWN away over 50 female plugs so far and, feel like I am wasting my money because you cannot supply what is needed. Try a survey and you will see that I am right.

Q: Please correct ESC battery as you have it listed as LITHIUM and not LIPO which it is. LITHIUM usually refers to the AA shaped batteries and not the LIPO ones. You mite like to check several of the COMBOs like this as you have listed the same thing. TY

Overall the unit is a big plus for the Ender3 however, there is one problem with the unit. Using the original wiring harness for the filament feed does not, give you the full 250mm travel. Creality needs to supply a new cable for this, about, 5cm longer then the original. Please let Creality know about this issue.

Q: I have checked on this item and, you show L/H and R/H in pictures. Yet this is stated as a single unit, not impressed. The following product is half the price but a shorter length only ID: 1295769. It is the same product except for the length of the landing gear leg and, appears to be from the same manufacturer, again not impressed.
