Zaitz You can use the end of the included chisel point tip, or you can get a different tip with a fine point to use with it (extra).

Zaitz For USB-C PD at 20V, it will use up to about 45 watts. The 60W figure only applies when you supply it with 24V. It does use the same tips as the TS-100. Note that to use USB-C PD, you must get an adapter cable that does PD negotiation (the iron doesn't).

Zaitz Youhave too many turns for the primary. Try using just two turns. Also make sure that you can see continuity between the secondary pad on the circuit board and the free tip of the secondary coil. If not, make sure the exposed part of the wire is soldered, not the insulated part.
