Q: can accept the drillpro for the wood?

mKotek You need to take into account, the shaft is rectangular, not regular drill shank. As a result, you need special drills, this is basically meant as a driver not a drill, although with right tool you will be able to drill a hole in wood as well.

Please just remember that if you buy this camera the WEB interface only work on WINDOWS INTERNET EXPLORER......AND THAT IS WHY AN OVERALL RATING OF 4. For the price this is quite a neat camera. It DOES HAVE a MICROPHONE witch is very GOOD, The nigh Infra red mode works very well indoors and the 5MP resolution is quite adequate to see any intruder from about 5-8 meters very clearly but the image can be very granular in very low light conditions. Mine is connected to HIKVISION IEEE802.1af/at 48V POE Switch and it works perfectly. If you want to use the H.265+ encrypting please ensure that you NVR does support H.265+, if it does not you can still use the H.265x(think it is more like H.264) compression, but it is a bit more granular than the H.265+ compression/encoding. Ideal camera for indoors for the price.

Q: The camera does not work with Home Assistant via ONVIF or RTSP mode. It works only in still_image mode. I am curious as Onvifier works fine, yedt Hiseeu own NVR does not recognize them in ONVIF mode, only network mode. Any ideas?

kilroy22 I would dig further with ONVIF, since I'm pretty sure that these cameras support ONVIF. Installed many of them, on cam+Hiseeu NVR, cam+ QNAP NAS, cam+NVR sw on PC.. everything works.. I've seen that on QNAP NAS there is ONVIF, but under ONVIF there where 7-8 types of ONVIF "detection". I had to find the right sub-ONVIF detection. It did not work firstly without trying harder. Hope this helps someone. ONVIF works 101% for me...

Description was not complete, This unit only works over IP , also the POE voltage was not mentioned on the data sheet ,so I had to go back on line to check. Reccommend tp print data sheet as it may not be available later in time. The performance was excellent, day time with sun or overcast great resolution, the nightime was good, bit more restricted view due to the IR leds only giving a beam. this unit suits lane ways perfect long distance at night. After some experimenting I got it working all the way in my backyard along the fence. good buy for a fair price.
