Q: Hi, I noticed that the units work with 9V batteries as expected, but not with 9 Volt Power Supplies. I tried different power supplies set at 9 Volt, but units did not power up at all. What is the reason?

Duvie The most common cause this Wire Tracker Tracer is not powering up using a power adapter is the polarity, reverse connector adapter polarity

It seems to be working fine, but for some reason it does not work with a 9Volt adapter. You must use 9V battery.

Product seems to be fine, but the experience no so. The seller DID NOT put my postal code on the package (just put 00000), as a result, the package did not come to my door in Dubai, but to a public POBox in a far away post office. I had to drive a lot and pay an extra 26 AED to pick it up. Banggood should have better control on customer service of its sellers. I am not asking for moon. The seller should simply put down my postal code on the package. This way, even if package does not come to my door, it will be receive by my a post office near me and in my personal POBox. It will not cost me extra charge either, because I am paying for the Box annually already. If I see this happening again, I will not buy anything from Banggood anymore.
