Given the label of the battery states 9V, 400mAh, or 3.6Wh, you may truly assume that it is the output capacity at 9V. The output of the lithium cells is boosted up to 9V, so it should stay at 9V until the cells are depleted. You may find an excellent video on youtube about this battery by bigclivedotcom.

ivangoda I bought 6Ah, inside there are 2Ah cells in 2P5S connection, so max is 4Ah. The real capacity was even much lower, but by time I measured it, the battery was completly down. Because it is without BMS.

Don Yes, you can operate several sets in the same area. The controls all use the same radio freq. but the signals are coded so they will not interfere with each other. That way your neighbors controller will not operate your device.
