Obnubilate To enter recovery mode, please turn off your device first. Then press the Vol. UP + Home + Power button at the same time for about 5 seconds, and wait until you see the recovery menu. You can navigate with the Vol Up or Down button and the Power button is to select an option. Please select "wipe data/factory reset" and when it is done, please also select "wipe cache partition". Please note that this will erase your current apps and settings on the phone. After it is done, please select "reboot now" and then hopefully it should have fixed your problem.
