Very good product. Unfortunately only con is the plug which is not for EU, and the adapted might get lost. Maybe they can produce an EU plug in the future

Very good chair and confortable For big guy (1,87 m and 95 kg - Americans can convert to their measurement units) it is good even when you want to lay back, you got always head support. The pillow below the chair that comes out is not indicated to big guys like me, because it can broke (I haven't broke mine yet, but I think it can happen)
