Q: Why so many good reviews about such a flat and low-quality sound?

ita Iwent out with the headphones for only one run (without prior use with them) and during the run the left earpiece stopped working and made background noise and in the right earpiece the volume of the voice became weaker. By the end of the run (about an hour) the headphones have stopped working completely. I tried to charge them and nothing worked. Before using I loaded them into full charge I want new headphones to work or my money back.
