Q: Is this hotend all-metal like the E3D one?

Delivery was very quick from the UK warhouse! Installation was really easy with the SKR E3 Mini V2, the secondary long cable was just long enough for my ender 3, but it did require me to coil up my other cables in order to shorten their total length. After installing with an externally printed mount and updating the firmware as well as doing some first layer tests, the first layer on each print is now Perfect and prints no longer require glue on the original Mylar fiberglass sheet. This is a great replica product and does it's job extremely well for the price. Will eventually buy this product again for my other printers. P.S. I recommend taking the Z-Homing approach in order to remove the need to adjust the Z Limiter Switch.

Works great, plug in replacement, however the page didn't specify whether it is for the hotend or the bed. The length was specified which is something I should of checked, but it would of been nice if the page specified which thermistor the replacement is suitable for.

Gotta admit, this a legitimate replica of a all-metal hotend and I bet it performs well, however, some adjustment have to be made for it function properly. There is some youtube videos out there discussing the issues which include adjusting the retract distance which is reasonable but a bigger problem is the poor heat transfer between the heat block and the heatsink which causes inefficient heat dissipation and makes the heat sink too hot making the filament clog. This issue is addressed in the videos but be wary of this before buying.

Great Product, thought I might as well upgrade as the heat on my vanilla ender 3 board was perma stuck do to lack of thermal runaway protection.
