I received the watch, packaged in good order. This was a pre ordered watch, style was nice and looks well made. I will have to say that the software that you use to set the watch up is very cumbersome, not a cut and dried setup. My email would not let the software send a security code so I could install the watch onto my phone it sees it as spam. So if that bit of information lets you look into your junk folder in your email it might save you a bit of grief. Other wise I like the watch so far I am going to remove one star for lack of flowing software.

The Item arrived in good order, but so far I have not been able to program the bell into my network.

chilller Ok so I waited until I could give this time to set up and still cant get the camera to work on the unit. will not connect to the network (I have both speeds of network and won't connect to either one of them.) I cant change the stars on this item now or I would rage it at one STAR.
