I expected a real scope I can have and use. I didn't expect something that looks like a toy for little kids. I certainly didn't expect something I have to use to connect to "my" "telescope" requiring connecting through some website in China. This looks more like Chinese infiltrating the US as covertly as they can, to gather mass intel, using as many different devices as they can get Americans to order and buy.

Why do you sell a device to America that the manufacturer's instructions clearly states that it DOES NOT WORK IN AMERICA? Doesn't work anywhere in North America because that system is only used in the rest of the world. I wish it had worked... that is why I bought it so I could use it here in America. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known it can't work here in America.

I've purchased many hubs like this but this is the first one that actually works like it should. I've put all the other hubs away and this is now the only hub I'm using and I'm so glad I'm finally able to have a hub that actually works as it should without being a separately powered hub.
