This chair is absolutely lovely! I am 194cm tall with a weight of 98kg and the chair suits me very well. The neck rest is long enough and the retractable foot rest is excellent all though a little flimsy but sturdy enough (time will tell) to rest the legs on. I was worried that I was too long to use the foot rest, but no problems at all. - In spite no mounting instructions it was quite easy to mount. - I thought that the arm support was pure plastic but it's not. It is a "soft" material that feel pleasant wen laying the arms on it. - The seat rest is very comfortable and not too stiff. I've been sitting in the chair for a couple of hours continuously and don't feel any "woody taste". It's rare but I have frankly nothing negative to announce. Time will tell about the longevity, but for now it feels just perfect.

lare One week later and the chair is squeaking a lot when changing sit position or raising from the chair. It's the plastic that's weak. It is very loud, like a gun shot. I've been sitting in it all day for one week and now I have backache and had to change to my old chair which is silent and good for my back.

It works and heat okey but the suction is not good enough. Too low pressure. Which result in I have to do it a couple of times on each spot and therefore use both hands. Even worse is the plug. I thought I bought a 230V EU-version and received a 110V plug with a 230V adapter that is falling off. Not acceptable as the cord is quite short.

Shipping was fast to Sweden. Oscilloscope is working. Can't say more than that at the moment as I have to dig in to the functions.

lare I bet it's not triggering! After many hours of trial and error I found out that the connection from the black-white cables had no signal. I observed this after I put another BlTouch on the same place. The odd thing is that everything seems to work with test, deploy and retract, but the actual trigger signal is obsolete.
