The clock works OK and components are good quality . But the Bluetooth module does not. My Samsung Tablet and Motorola phone (both Android) both say that they are paired with the unit, but the LED keeps flashing and the software on the phone/tablet says it cannot connect with the clock. I have tried three times to make contact and send a video using the cservice@banggood.com email address but each time get the following response - These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server: cservice@banggood.com; Failed; 5.1.1 (bad destination mailbox address) Could you help please.
