Q: I recently purchased this keyboard and I have downloaded the gaming force software and it doesn't start, it says gaming device not found. I am not interested in changing the rgbs on the keyboard, I want to use the software. S/N: 2203000690

onjah the software is really bad. i really do not recommend using it. if you really have to though i believe your fix would be to update the firmware first.

Amazing keyboard! great for beginner enthusiasts or people who just want a 60% keyboard for a decent price. the switches sound better than i expected and the quality consistency is really good. i also noticed the stabs came pre-lubes which is also quite nice i decided to swap some of the keycaps with blue ones so it doesn't look as plain the rgb effects are AMAZING and the controls are very easy to learn the stock keycaps aren't bad, they're doubleshot which is great for a keyboard of this price range. They're made of ABS though so they may develop a sort of weird feeling after long use but that's not too much of a problem in my opinion great keyboard. 11/10, highly recommend.

Beautiful. the printing is good quality and i love the colors. the mousepad is also very soft. i decided to put my steelseries QcK over it because i couldn't afford to get something this beautiful dirty. the mouse sliding isn't all that great but it works.

onjah it took around 2 weeks or less but that was because 4 or more of the days within those days were holidays in my country. i live in singapore if that helps.
