This company is awesome! I ordered this solar panel three times. All three solar panels clattered while unpacking. We were amazed when we found out that all devices were without function. We wondered. On the back we noticed that there were a lot of screws missing and scratched. Each back was attached with only three screws. After opening the back panel, we noticed that the company employees have removed all rechargeable batteries from the unit !!! Nevertheless, we had to pay the full price! It is very risky to buy from this company. somehow, all companies in China are so unreliable and customer-unfriendly!
