I bought two. They function as advertised but don't have any safety certification marks. They are contained in a very lightweight plastic housing, so lightweight that I wondered if they were applying 120V directly to the two wires exposed at the surface (which would have been a shock hazard), so I opened on up. They have a transformer that isolates it from the mains supply and a small power supply that provides 22.4V to the wires exposed at the top. As is visible in the advertiser's photos, there is no cover for the LEDs or the exposed wire. I have not tested it to see how much current can be drawn from the wires if touched with wet hands, so I can't be certain how much of a shock hazard there is, but I have to say it bothers me. It will be interesting to see, in early spring, how this compares to the florescent tubes I've been using to start plants with up to now.

I bought this for an AquaCraft Reef Racer 2 for which hobby shops want a jaw-dropping $80 a pair for the propellers. At this price, I figured it was worth a try to buy one and check the fit. It's perfect. I'm ordering 5 more (I have 2 boats). The package includes a replacement nut, but not a washer.

I'm not using it for a boat, so I can't comment on whether it's good for that application, but it suits my needs nicely. I suppose if you are using it inside a boat, you don't care what colour it is, but in my application, the hoses are visible but I'm OK with the fact that it's actually blue, and not clear as shown in the photo. I did take off one star for the photo and description not matching the actual colour. There are, after all, some people for whom this might be an issue.

Hobby shops want a ridiculous $80 for a pair of propellers for an AquaCraft Reef Racer 2, so I bought a number of propellers on Bangood to see what would fit. This one does not fit, but with an all-metal shank it's probably the most durable. I give them full marks for construction quality.

I bought this for an AquaCraft Reef Racer 2 boat. It's a tight fit bit it will probably work. Hobby shops want a jaw-dropping $80 for a pair of original AquaCraft propellers, so I bought several different propellers to see which ones would fit. This one came very close and can be filed to fit or just forced on, but if you have an AquaCraft Reef Racer 2, there is a better propeller model at roughly the same price: https://www.banggood.com/FT012-RC-Racing-Boat-Spare-Parts-Screw-Propeller-p-974302.html Also, be aware that, unlike other propeller models I tried, this one does not come with a nut.

This is a good set of generic sensors. You can get this kit from a number of vendors. This particular set is good if you are adding to your already existing sensor collection, but if this is intended as your first set of sensors, I'd recommend spending a bit more and getting a kit that comes in a divided case with a printed sheet telling you what each sensor module does. Some of them are not at all obvious and the individual circuit boards usually don't have labels that you use to look up the function. That's what I did: bought another kit with a case and label sheet and used this kit to top it up.

Djninjac I don't know, but why you want to use it with the Uno ? I mean the Uno board has the dedicated housing.

I've been waiting for a long time now for someone to come up with a larger text display. The old 16 x 2 displays are inevitably a bit cramped. The great thing is, all I had to do with my existing programs was initialize the LCD as: LiquidCrystal_I2C LCD(0x3F, 20, 4); and everything just worked. Since it's larger in both dimensions, all my old programs worked and I can reformat the displays at my leisure. One thing to keep in mind if you buy these: both the units had to have the contrast potentiometer on the back tweaked to make the display visible. I will definitely be buying more of these.

My previous attempts to use micro sized stepper motors had been failing because the motor windings would come off when you tried to solder to the terminals. On these motors, everything went fine. I use them for switch and crossing gate motors on a model railroad under arduino control. I would definitely buy more if needed.

I wish I'd had one of these years ago. The small compartments and moulded surface features are handy for keeping screws from rolling away.

I finally got an adapter to allow me to plug my unpowered speakers (3.5mm adapter) into the amplifier. Some things I noted about this product: - I discovered when I first received it that the headphone jack is not powered. I had expected it to be. - Once I got an adapter for my speakers I discovered that there is a 4 second delay between when you power it on and when it produces sound. - On my unit, the sound cuts out completely if the bass is turned up above 80%. - The treble control works fine, though. - The sound isn't very deep which could be related to the bass control problem or it could just be my speakers, but I certainly don't notice any increase or decrease in bass as I turn the bass control, other than the cut-off problem. - The unit's power light is a tri-colour LED that gradually shifts colour. It's a bit distracting, frankly, and when I first plugged it in, it made me think there was a fault when it suddenly changed to red. That's a bit misleading until you realize that it's meaningless.

What I really needed was a 3.5mm Female to wire connector so I could plug in an unpowered pair of speakers into a small amplifier. This adapter was cheap enough to cannibalize and long enough that I was able to use the other half as an RCA to wire adapter. If you do this, btw, you will need to tin the bare wire. It's extremely thin, probably not very useful for anything that's going to be flexed a lot, but it should do fine for a fixed installation.

I finally got around to using this this week and it's a very convenient way to handle large numbers of servos. It's also a good way to just use one or two while freeing up pins on an Arduino.

This has worked reliably and is quite intuitive. The only thing I would change is that it seem to want to choose between bluetooth connectivity and the MicroSD card. If the card is installed, it starts playing the MP3s that are stored on it without giving you the option of connecting to a phone. I would have preferred to be able to stop the MP3 player and use the phone at the push of a button. Instead, you have to take the MicroSD card out which is easly lost in a car.

There's not much to be said about this. It's a simple mounting bracket, but I would have preferred it if they had servo mounting hole more in the middle to allow the mounting bracket to be screwed down on both sides.
