So I used two of these motors to build my skateboard but both the motors started making clacking noise after just riding it around 1 time. I think it might be the bearings or it could be magnets. No idea, only thing I know is they are no longer safe to use as they could seize up anytime and seriously hurt me. I am not sure banggood will give me a replacement since I bought these in December.

Its aluminium not steel but good quality, works well on Evolve trucks. The Motor pulley set screws are useless as they are too small for Racestar Motors. Looks are not the best, paint on one of my kits was in pretty bad condition.

Q: What is the set screw size for motor pulley? Is it M1.6 ?
