Q: Dear Seller, There is no indication, neither in writing nor with a serial number, on the product that confirms it is indeed an Aovo Pro Roller. Furthermore, the rear fender holder was not properly secured and was bent towards the right side. Unfortunately, I did not notice this defect even during unpacking as it is located at the bottom and fixed in place. However, it started making rattling noises while riding, and that's when I discovered the issue: the screw tore off from the brake light. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. What solution do you suggest? Best regards, László
