William Wallace Thiswas the information I was looking for. 320 amps continuous is... a lot of power. By any standard at any voltage that is an absolutely nuts amount of power and just felt wrong. 40 amps makes much more sense with 320 being the peak (just like a similar product offered on this site, but it is clearly labeled that way).

I needed an Esc that would work in my boat and for the size motor I'm using(540) this will work perfect since it's a tanker ship and not a speed boat. It's only a 40a tho the 320 is the peak rating.
