wingza88 The area which the tape was applied was DRY. It is a bathroom hand-washing sink and the tape was to be applied against the wall, in a 90-degree angle. I cleaned the area and dried with paper towels before application. The provided adhesive, however, was not strong enough for the tape to last more than 1 week.

Bottom line: the adhesive is of poor quality, so don't bother with this product. The material of the actual product feels good and seems it can do a good job. However on my application of a relatively small section of the a bathroom sink, against the wall (about 80cm length), I bent the tape at an angle, removed the adhesive backing and applied onto the seam between the sink and the wall. It stuck
