davereap late review... this is a great model, the tube mount was not so successful, it needed more downthrust .. simply fit the internal horizontal brace and a foam block on which you fix the motor.. a 1400 3s and a hextronic, or sunnysky motor are enough to get the COG and give power to get it up.. It glides well and on its first outing it caught a thermal and went very high.., full down and left had it spiralling down slowly with no stress...definitely a recommended model..... davereap

A nicely realistic looking bird model made from EPP. The parts are nicely coloured and precisely cut. I put this together in just one morning, no problems... It does have a couple of poor points, one being its weak nose, and the second being a heavy triangular piece of wood used for holding the fins to the correct angle at the rear.. Weight at the rear is never a good idea.. Despite the poor points

davereap edit later review... the 3mm bands are too thick, little stretch.. and the size is 13mm i.d. not 23mm as stated..so in reality these are no good... get 2mm rings at about 16-18mm id for an easier fit.....davereap

Just about the correct size to fit over your props.. for my electric models....it helps if you use some needle nose pliers to pull them over and fit, as they are tight here one is over a bang-good 8x4 prop on a bang-good QX motor

davereap A common problem, setting the throttle, for top and bottom.. on the TX put throttle to max.. plug up the model , wait for the beeps then put throttle to minimum.. now it should work.. youtube will have a video on this..

I could not be happier with delivery time and how perfect the box was, no dents! All the parts were intact, no damage. Unfortunately after finishing the build, I cannot use the plane as the ESC (HW30A) is stuck in a mode where it beeps every 2 seconds. The servos work fine, but I cannot throttle up. It did calibrate the throttle, and sometimes it works, but it usually strikes out, and I cannot get
