Almost a match for what I ordered but the plastic sides are not clear but opaque white which obscures the view of the circuits underneath which is disappointing. _Red Try a ground loop isolator. Even if there is no ground loop, it should at least reduce noise.

I bought the version with DSP, I wanna like this device but I can't ignore how it has reduced my audio quality and introduced noise. I've tried using several different power supplies including linear power supplies and 5v battery banks but the problem persists. _Red It's normal for vtx to become super hot even at low transmit power. They require ventilation, when flying the airflow cools them down. If you want, you can use a small blower fan for active cooling.

It gets too hot even at 200 mw. I can't think of going up to 1600 mw power, I'm afraid it will melt my plane. This definitely can't be normal
