Q: this engine does run or not?

Willbur My engine was a great disapointment, the steel rims are poorly mounted little to no commpresion, change the Oring and checked the valves, the cylinder head gasket looks poor, would like to get a new one,will not start, paint was scratched on the fuel tank, even after grounding the whole engine was alive, the silver version I have runs fine.
