Q: Does '3 gears' mean three speeds? Is speed control electronic or mechanical ?

Johnny631 It have 3 gears electronicaly controled. You have a button on the tail of the grinder, above the battery.

Johnny631 The cells inside are chinese unbranded marked 1500mAh. I tested the capacity and they have 1300 mAh. So the battery has only 2600 mAh. These cells are poor quality. So many buyers complains about it. You can not work with these battery. I replaced cells with some LG INR cells and after that, the grinder works as it should.

Johnny631 The 18650 cells inside battery are crap. They have only 1300 mAh. You have to replace cells by some true INR cells. I replaced mine and now is working as should be.

Johnny631 I checked mine. Cells are INR 18650 and are marked 1800 mAh but I tested the capacity and is only 1300 mAh.

Johnny631 The24V version(actually is 21V) is pretty strong. Worth buying. I do not know numbers (max. torque in Nm).

Johnny631 It is false advertising as 18V. The battery has 3 cells in series, so you have 12,6 volts
