Q: Why are all 10pcs input and output voltages the same? Turning the dial to the left or right, output volatage was not changed anything in all 10pcs I just want 3.7v to 6.4v. Is there anything wrong? LG 18650 3.7v => booster vin => vout => voltmeter (only display 3.8 ~ 3.7) of course I did test the volmeter another battery like AA....

awulf Neo2121 answer has helped me. Needed to turn it A LOT. Ended up using an electric screw driver to do so.

Q: Does the FC have a BEC? If so is it 1, 2, or 3 amp?

awulf the Flight Controller and the VTX boards have their own BECs, both output 5v there's also a 3v output on the Flight Controller. Don't know the rating but it is designed to power LED Strips, cameras and receivers

awulf I had to repurpose the LED_STRIP wire as Soft Serial to send telemetry to FrSky SmartPort

awulf Yes, I have bought this stack and can confirm it has IRC Tramp, configure UART3 to use this in Betaflight
