Pathfinder Definitely does NOT have altitude hold. But for a small collective pitch heli it is probably as stable as they come at this price range and great fun.

Pathfinder Only if you install a pre bound DSMX satellite receiver into the socket marked DSM and your radio is the DSMX version (not sure if it works with DSM2). You cannot just plug in the satellite and then bind from the model. So use another model with a Spektrum reciever to bind the satellite to your radio and then fit it to the heli. Check out Youtube to see how to do this if still unsure. Make sure you set up your DX6i pitch, throttle curves etc, straight after binding and BEFORE you fit to the heli to avoid unexpected lift off when you connect up!!!

Pathfinder Yes, it is set up for mode2 but the manual shows 2 access points on the back of the transmitter to change it to mode1.

Pathfinder This is a Flybarless unit so I would buy a flybarless head and change it if your heli has a flybar fitted. Or just buy a nice new flybarless heli !
