Q: Good day ! I bought this product from you and when I wanted to connect it I test it will not work. It is properly connected and receives 220v current and you can hear the relay open but there is no 220v at the output. The remote control is nicely programmed. This is the wrong thing to do

Wessie The output is only a relay switch. Terminals NO, COM, NC. This means any voltage you put into the relay will be switched to the output. So if you put L at the COM, then the device will switch it to NO. You are working with mains power here. If you don't know exactly what you are doing, please get an electrician to wire it or you could kill yourself.

Wessie There are different sizes to select from. 3.17mm to 5mm
