Rixsta There is different advice. 32v 2A is fastest but apparently they are not earthed or its rare to find earthed over 24v or something like that. Im stay safe and use my laptop 19v 3a, from what ive read higher volts need lesser amps and high it can draw more amps then it needs so you can be using 36v 8A but could use 36v 2A or 3A or even 1A.. Apparently it can handle double the recomended volts but not amps, it just makes it faster at heating up so 19v 3A is where im at. youl have to buy a socket aswell or cut the supplied one as laptop ones be the wrong size. If your buying just buy the recomended one if not use laptop or even old 2s 3s 4s 6s battery packs.
