Alex1 You can use it with NiMH ones, just make sure they can give necessary current. It will work with car's battery (12V 55Ah)

Q: How did you activate the Bluetooth function? BT Discovery of mobile phone did not find it. It seems that it does not support BT, although it is clearly stated.

Alex1 No BT in Settings menu (turn it on and then press and hold button for 3 sec). Looks like this is not a BT unit. Besides, Long-Life app is in Chinese
