xixotron these are cheaper, lower quality. Yes, you can have these powered on while usb chargin, actually you will have to since their battery lasts arround 30min... so if you plan to fly longer you'll need a powerbak, the recorded video gets split into 3 minute files, and if you power down or they run out of battery the las file will be corrupt...
