Q: My motors came with some kind of glue or paste in the bell magnets, is that normal? Could it provoke overheating motor?

rc.freakazoid That is normal. That is how they balance the bell. If you remove that the motor will be unbalanced and probably cause vibrations that in turn will mess with the gyro.
