My wife purchased these back in July of 2015. They never arrived to us in California. She wrote to Bandgood, who did nothing to make good on the order. Using my BG account, I then ordered them for my wife in January 2016. They never arrived. BG did make good by sending another set, which finally arrived nearly a month later. I don't mind the wait, as long as the products arrive. So 1 out of 3 attempts to get this product..... The product itself is actually quite nice. They fit my wife's feet perfectly. She uses them for Pilates workouts.

i washed them carefully, because if they get smaler, I can not use them. I have EU size 39.
