The tester gives a plenty of information about the 18650 battery. The case is missing, you must preserve the circuits and of course needs external power supply. (use an old smartphone charger and connect it with plug, just as in the picture.). Very slow measure for the capacity, it take hours for one 18650.

Escargency @BG161551386 yes,the distance is several millimeter to short the 18650 does not fit,and one must change the whole circuite,very frustraited am I over this trouble am I. 300 kronor that trown away in the stupid,non functional not fitting....
