BG363810152 I'm sorry but I don't understand when you say "battery strap fits perfect". I moved the battery holder and the strap is simply too short for the two 2400 batteries that were included. What am I missing? Thanks.

BG411817450 Ibought the product in honor of my son's birthday after the first trip less re minutes, the product was disabled. I contacted the customer service of the site and they also offered compromises and bad offers and without choice I agreed to one of them. Very disappointed with the customer service of the site! My next shopping consider whether to make on this site.
