This is one of the only ones I could find that has a power switch to turn on the PSU allowing limits to be set, then an output button to connect the load. The USB output comes on when the PSU is turned on, not when the output is enabled. This is fine. Only rating 4 stars because sometimes the power button sticks down and has to be "flicked" to make it pop out. And there seems to be no way to turn off the annoying key press "beep" noise.
