John Carr Reported problem to Contact Us, had many difficulties with reporting it.1. Would only allow 300 characters of writing. Impossible to explain details of problem with so little space to write.2. Contact Us page would NOT unload photos of item.3. Made video of item but do not know how to show item get very hot when connected via USB. Battery was ok.
