The blow torch produces a good powerful flame and the control valve gives useful throttling of the gas. HOWEVER... the supplied POL tank connector should not be used. Out of the box it would not seal against the gas tank tap. I turned up a metal spacer sleeve to allow it to seal properly, and it worked fine unitl I went to unscrew the connector from the gas tank, when the plastic grip ring twisted off the connector rendering it useless. The manufacturer should not be supplying such shoddy components.
