Hi after receiving my motor and gearbox I’ve noticed the drive shaft is a lot shorter than in the picture and looking at other reviews it is shorter than most of the pictures shown. can you help please.

BG391041547 puta picture of the motor you ordered next to this picture. did the one you ordered have a longer shaft in the picture on the ad ? i keep seeing people saying the same thing you are saying, "the shaft is too short", or does not have the flat spot on shaft. Down below ad picture it says this on the one i'm looking at , (Recommendation(the suitable gear case for it, they are not included in the package): I don't know what that means. maybe it said that on yours too, and you missed it, and thats why you got the wrong one.
