The large display is nice and clear. The camera shows some blurred artifacts that make texture look like a hammered finish, but there is enough resolution to easily see solder joint quality reasonably well. Level of magnification is a function of the distance to the object, so it is possible at lower magnification to get a hot air tool in place under moderate magnification. This will be a very helpful tool to have with SMD and will improve my workflow. Would buy again!
